1. What this is
Kaia's referral program lets you invite friends to Kaia with a personal link. Today the program runs on the early-access waitlist: you get a unique invite link, and people who join through it are credited as your referrals. These terms explain how it works and what's fair use.
2. How it works
- Join the early-access list and you're given a personal invite link.
- Share that link however you like — message, social, in person.
- When someone joins Kaia through your link, they're recorded as having been invited by you.
3. Rewards
The current benefit of referring is early access to Kaia and a spot in line as we open. We may introduce additional referral rewards (for example, a booking credit or a member perk) as the marketplace launches. If we do, the specific reward, how it's earned, and any conditions will be stated on this page before they apply. Until a reward is announced here, referrals carry no cash value and create no obligation for Kaia to pay anything.
4. Eligibility and fair use
To keep the program fair, referrals must be genuine:
- Refer real people who choose to join — no spam, purchased lists, or misleading claims about Kaia.
- You can't refer yourself or create fake or duplicate accounts to generate referrals.
- One person, one account. Referrals from accounts that appear to be the same person or coordinated for abuse may be voided.
We may withhold or reverse referral credit, and any future reward, for activity that breaks these rules or our Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes and ending the program
Kaia may modify, pause, or end the referral program, or change any future reward, at any time. Changes take effect when posted here. Where a reward has already been validly earned under the terms in force at the time, we honor it. The program is offered under Costa Rican consumer law, including Law 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense.
